The one day skills development committee workshop has been designed to equip the SD committee members with the skills and knowledge to perform as a cohesive team. It is intended to teach committee members the importance of their role and how they have a positive impact on training within the company. Committee members will understand how they can support and enhance the HR division and the SDF in developing a culture of learning within the company.

The EE Act was introduced in 1998 to foster and promote sound and fair workplace practices. In order to address the inequalities in employment patterns and practices it was deemed necessary to address the issue of inequality in the workplace. The act is specific in terms of minimum requirements, the completion of EE reports while at the same time making it possible for employees to question employers on issues related to Employment Equity. Designated employers are required to establish a consultative forum in order to give effect to the process.

Both workshops are of one day duration and will be conducted in-house at your training centre. For more information, a course outline and personalised quote contact Des Squire at AMSI and ASSOCIATES cc. [email protected] or 0828009057
