I am a vibrant, outspoken individual with a great attitude and the ability to work well on my own as well as in a team. I am currently working for Foodbev SETA in the ETQA division as a Coordinator. I previously worked for MICT SETA as an ETQA Administrator, Tjeka Training Matters as a Learnership Administrator, Connect the Dot training and consulting cc as an Assessment Coordinator and Department of education as an Administration clerk (intern) under Human Resource Administration and lastly, worked for SIT as a loss controller. In all these companies I had the chance to learn and be groomed in different levels and skills such as being able to work on SETA Management System (indicium from Deloite) Persal System, figures, business and office management, administration, interacting with people from various back-grounds, communication skills, and client orientation together with developing a strong attitude to the importance of work ethics and gained a lot of knowledge on Education, Training and development (Legislations governing SETA’s) , The sets of ACTs (Employment Equity, Basic Conditions of Employment, labour Relations, Occupational Health and Safety etc.) and policies, procedures and functions of SETA’s. I a day to day situation, I learn new things as I work with people on the Training and Development division. I work closely with client and stakeholders that are involved in the day to day functioning of the business. This gives me much more knowledge and understanding of cultural differences and backgrounds. I found working with people very interesting as Human Resources is seen as the most valuable and important resources in a company. I have the ability to follow instructions, take directions well and I am confident that I will be an asset to your organization. I am a hard worker, always up for a challenge and willing to prove myself and also learn. I adapt easily to environments and situations. Knowledge and understanding of the following: • A solid educational foundation in organizational development, employee training and Skills Development Facilitation. • A record of excellent performance as an intern ( Human Resource Administration) at the Department of Education. • Proficiency in database Programmes (Persal/SETA Management System/Indicium). • Legislation governing SETA’s e.g. SDLA, PFMA, SDA • Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Labour Relations Act and Employment Equity Act. • Occupational Health and Safety and Compensation for Occupation Injuries.
