@hycianthiakaturuza1 Oh, I forgot to add, I am the director of Black Question Investment c.c. and my website is blackquestionenterprises.com. Besides T&D I also am involved in construction, transport [small loads] and performance management consultation. I have been trying to get government’s attention to harness idle skills among the 40+ age group that can be used to improve service and provide mentorship, especially the civil sevice. It is an uphill battle as I have been shunted from pillar to post. You never know, someone may be pushed to give this process a try.
