    The Draft SETA Workplace-Based Learning Programme Agreement Regulations that replace the 2007 Learnership Regulations will have a significant impact on learners, employers and training providers. I summarised the key points and commented on the main areas of concern. All stakeholders need to critically engage with these Regulations and submit comments to DHET.
