I just want some clarity regarding an internal moderation of a skills programme as to whether we MUST moderate all the learners or is it a certain percentage just like the learnership?

Is it true that qualifications with less than 8credits will not be accredited under QCTO, what does that mean for companies to do Lifting machine operators?
