Hi Des,
I know that you think that majority of providers have given up, but I still want to carry on, with those who want to keep their heads above water. Yes, it is survival, yes some have given up. I am not ready to give up yet. There should be something that can be done, it just takes a lot of time and effort to get there. Don’t give up. -

I honestly believe that the majority of providers have already given up. For as long as I have been involved with the powers that be at the SETAS, The QCTO, SAQA, Dept., of Higher Education and so on I can honestly say that very little has changes and that very few of those involved actually care what providers think.
