While there may be some delays in issuing of SoR’s, not all SETA’s are to blame, in fact many of the delays are a result of providers not adhering to correct QA processes, thus delaying endorsement of results. I have posted much on this topic before, but in short, there was a stage from the early 2000’s when DoEL issued First Aid training Approvals to training providers without any prior accreditation. The First Aid training issue actually goes back as far as 2016 (I missed a year somewhere, and thought it only started in 2017).
