I agree with Kate. Some Unit Standards/Qualifications may resort under another SETA. Such as ETDP has to use Service SETA to rollout their Project Management. It is preferable to stick with your primary seta if they offering the same but after all is said and done it is all logged on one NLRD.

I presume that you seeking accreditation as Provider. If this is the case then you need to enter into SLA with Constituent Assessor and Moderator who are registered against said qualification. I can assist. MICT also do not require material if you have a letter from an approved provider who is accredited with MICT. If you develop your own material you should also submit Pre-Assessment Moderation Report where you endorse quality of material.

Does this exemption also apply for Numeracy Fundamentals even if a learner only did Maths Lit and not Pure Maths. I am concerned since Evaluators have different viewpoints and do not speak with one voice.
