I also had a recent run in with a SETA requesting me to resend my application after I requested feedback on the process. I send a 4 part e-mail to the officer. Later I called to confirm receipt. No you’re not alone. I held the line 30 min yesterday of which 10 min was in the front of the que. It is insane. I was not even helped

The companies I worked for also had employees sign an acknowledgement of debt when send for training over a spesific amount.
