I agree with your conclusion. This is a key difference from the first ‘new’ OQSF policy document [that was withdrawn]. I believe it’s a good compromise. Just wondering… Are all the role players affected by this taking it seriously? My arms-length impression is no, it’s largely business as usual… Will we have another ‘crisis’ come mid-2023?
