If I may ask please – was the person you dealt with actually the developer of the material – a subject matter expert – or were they a sales person promoting the material?

The way I understand it, is that the full calendar is for you to reserve the diary dates.
When the venue is confirmed, then if that is on a separate notice like the EL and the Gauteng ones – with venues, then they do have an RSVP address.
I’ll edit the main notice to explain that.
