Hi Sylvia,
You are quite right it is the NQF Act of 2008 which repealed the SAQA Act of 1995. So no it is not ACT 67 of 2006. -

OK my dear. well said and 100% correct. The other area of concern is people advertising for facilitators and asking for CV etc and then not even acknowledging receipt. We are all professionals and should behave professionally and ethically.

I suggest you7 dvise him that payment is required within say 10 days failing which legal action will be taken and you will “Name and shame” on social media. Unfortunately you will need to get dirty on this one, no more “nice guy” approach. -

I would have to agree with Chrles on this one. there is nothing wrong with offering “non credit bearing” courses as long as that is stated.
As an accredited training provider I have always offered a range of “non credit bearing coursess” and have no problem with this whatsoever.
