How does the government go about keeping track on the compliance of companies if there is no department that can tell you to which sector a company belongs and also how do they measure their stats for different sectors accurately?

I have though about the SETA’s but I am not sure of the accuracy. So many companies are registered under the incorrect SETA at the start. I am currently trying to see what information CIPC can give me.

Do you perhaps know where I can look to see where (sector / industry) a company is registered?
I am still trying to find this information before I can see what their bargaining council is.

Can someone please take me through the process for FASSET on learnerships. I have no idea how Discretionary Grants work, what to do and when.
