Please see attached QCTO Circular 2/2022 published today. Read this together with the OQSF Policy. It is important to stay informed of the transitional arrangements for Pre-2009 Qualifications and Unit Standards, Occupational Qualifications, Part-Qualifications and Skills Programmes.
I share your frustrations. As an accredited provider with them for the last 12 years very little has improved while the customer service has deteriorated. I finally received my external verification visit one year after the training took place.
The struggle is real.
