Having been in the business for almost six years, Khanyisela Training has developed a reputation for service excellence and delivery, utilising competent staff, experienced facilitators and skilled consultants who work together to ensure that we remain one of the most noted training companies in the Eastern Cape, with the capacity to train nationally.
Located centrally in Newton Park, Khanyisela Training is easily accessible to most local companies, but if necessary our training is taken to our clients. In addition, Khanyisela Training has the capacity to develop or modify training material to suit the client’s needs.
BUSINESS OWNERS
The business is owned by Tanya Kisten, Brian Booysen and Roger Peters. Tanya Kisten, who manages the business, is a registered Assessor, Moderator, SDF and ETD Practitioner. Furthermore, she has a Master’s degree in Communication in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology which led to her being a successful school teacher for almost eight years before moving into the private sector. Tanya brings with her six years’ experience in the Marketing industry as well as almost three years’ of Corporate Training with a multi-national company in the Eastern Cape.
Brian has a B. Comm Degree as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Rhodes University and is registered with SAIPA as a Professional Accountant. Together with his strong social responsibility orientation, and extensive experience in his field, Brian ensures that the business employs sound financial and business strategies.
Roger Peters, is also employed by Khanyisela Training on a full-time basis, and is the Training Manager. Roger is a registered Assessor, Moderator, SDF as well as ETD Practitioner. He enhances the company skills base with his Bachelor’s Degree in teacher training from Rhodes University and has eighteen years of experience training in fields as diverse as schools, corporate and psychiatric services. Roger is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Group Dynamics.
