Hi 

I am seeking a qualified, independent trainer to assist with training.

Training content: 

– Professional etiquette 

– Customer relations

– Attitude and behavior 

– Dressing 

– Know the consequences of disciplinary procedure

The above training content will need to be fitted to a one hour training session. The main reason for training is that workers communication and attitude at the workplace is very poor. 

Training will take place over 2 days which totals a 4 hour session. The will be 4 group of 25 people per group.  Training material for learners will   need to be very basic and probably all information should be kept onto a page. 

The training will take place on site in Cape Town, in Parow East.
