The Minister for the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) has issued an explanatory memo – Directive 7 of 2020 – to the Sector Education and Training Authorities. Looking through the other posts on this group and you can see all the frustration as SETAs were asked to extend the submission deadline – one by one. Some gave blanket extensions, others want individual applications. But we closed off at 30 June 2020.
