The Association for Skills Development in South Africa (ASDSA) has requested that we post this survey for completion by Skills Development Facilitators (SDF)s – that is both internal and consultant external SDFs; or people within the company who fulfil that role.

As it will benefit everyone in the skills development world, please pass this on to anyone you know, who fulfils this role, and is not a skills-universe member.

I have been an accredited SDF for more than 8 years but have never really marketed myself as an such. What is the general process and is there some regulation in terms of what SDFs should charge for their services?

Hi All, I have just started my SDF and I am a bit stuck with the question below, can anyone please shed some light or point me to some useful resources?

The difference between:

• Individual or persons SETA Approval/Certified.
• Training provider SETA Approval/Certified
• Training programme SETA Approval/Certified. (Accreditation)

Much appreciated!
