Companies think hat they can trade themselves out of a bad cash situation, but in many cases, the problem gets worse! .

First Client has since paid, after some reminders.
Second client has agreed to pay,in installments, according to their cashflow situation.
It pays to have some patience, and not throw one’s toys out of the cot at the first sign of payment problems with a client!
In either case, they are no longer my clients.
Naming & Shaming might wake-up the defaulting client. But no guarantee that you will get paid.
In any case you probably would not get paid.
My personal outcome with naming & shaming loudly 2 defaulting training organisation was:
I sent the one out of business – permanently (????). A small revenge.

I second a Name & Shame section. Let’s start our own mini-Hellopeter. That will afford both parties to state their case, and those who doesn’t respond, well, then we could determine who the guilty party is, couldn’t we?
Perhaps it’s time that we start a new group on this forum – PROBLEM CLIENTS – here, any provider who has a problem with a client – be it payment related or any other reason, can state the complaint and name the “client”. In the same way,the client so named has the opportunity to respond and defend him/her self.

this might work for the first client, and I will follow up on this. Unfortunately the second client is not registered with a SETA,as they offer only short workshops, with no credits, but with PDU’s for professional bodies.
