Your heading is slightly misleading and gives the impressionsomething has be repealed. This goes back to 2014 which can only be seen on opening the attachment. Dont mean to be picky but it is misleading. I opended it solely because I thoought something new was being announced. -

Hi Des,
Yes, my interpretation is that they have a fixed term employment contract, and so should be included in the EEA2 – and as the term is longer than 3 months, as permanent.In the EEA4, if there is a discrepancy (highly likely) in the amount of payment received – the explanation is that they are on vocational training.
