    With over half a million people expected next year for the world cup should we trainers not be focusing on and pushing customer service training programmes. I know the Department of Tourism is looking into that but is it only the tourism industry that should be prepared. Should we not have a standard that we are pushing for everyone who will have contact with these people. How about the SA Host training programme what do you think about it?
