After the President’s announcement of a State of Disaster, clusters of Ministers were set up, in order to develop the detailed plan of actions by each separate Ministry, but ensure co-ordination.
The clusters are: economic, social, and security, and the PSET falls under the social cluster.
Attached is the presentation made by Minister Nzimande, who is now responsible for a dual ministry of higher education Science and Technology.
