Apparently the QCTO now has an internal Qualifications Committee that is meeting monthly to work through qualification approvals instead of just waiting for Council to approve once a quarter.

Did you see the increase of Occupational Qualifications over the past two weeks on the QCTO’s website? It was something like 380 and is currently standing on 553.
