      Dear members,

I would like to thank each and everyone that has been in support of the nationwide appeal, which was submitted on the 3rd of November 2022. Due to the importance of regulatory programs in South Africa, and the thousands of providers that offer them.

Herewith is a copy of the Appeal that I submitted. I thank many of you that have offered your assistance, help, and guidance – for the love of this industry.

A meeting was held with the QCTO today, however, the nationwide appeal was addressed to Minister Dr Nzimande, various other Ministers, and the Presidency for relief, understanding, and consideration to all Skills Development Providers.

There will be communication published from the QCTO soon.
Today, at 16:32, I have been informed by the DHET DDG, that a date is being scheduled with all parties, as this matter is among their priorities.

Any further updates will be shared with you. Your passion for quality education is not ignored, and you are most definitely considered and a priority. Please, do not give up on your business, your staff, your SMEs, your clients and most of all your learners. Go and continue to give your best: quality education!

      Be blessed, and stay safe.
