I making an appeal to everyone reading this request for knowledge not to use any politics to interpret the message.

This is a confusing battle SDPs, in particular those with new Qcto accreditation are experiencing. Whilst it is dawning on us that our candidates are not entitled to NSFAS allocation because our territory is private, Universities and TVETs ,over and above state allocations thrown to them can access NSFAS. Now boiling water is poured out on us, as we observe that SETAs ,when opening this DG Funding windows, predominantly look forward to funding legacy courses. One find that Qcto courses are learnerships by default, what are the mechanism to open this to SDPs all with QCTO accreditation, because this will create massive employment
