    Hi Sylvia,
    We all should be concerned. During the pandemic some providers also closed down. Hopefully, their learner data went through to the SETA(s) and followed through to the NLRD. It seems that some data is not reaching the NLRD – so in my mind: both learner and provider will be negatively affected by poor systems.

    Many certificates are outstanding. For instance, I had wait almost 10 years for my qualifications to be uploaded to the SETA – its a long story. Then for another qualification, I obtained my SoR within 3 months of completion, but waited 4 years for my certificate. It is a mess for sure. Some Seta(s) accept Certificates, whereby others only accept the SoR for the qualification, whereby at times the learner will only have one of the two documents.
