This ETDP SETA accredited training will provide recognition for individuals who perform or intend to perform training on the job either in small groups or one-to-one. The phrase "one-to-one training on the job", sometimes also referred to as "coaching", involves a process of working alongside individual learners/ employees to improve their skills in a defined area of application (task). The trainer may provide training for any "task", in any performance area, but such training should be towards some defined performance standard.
All champions are niche players!
You don't find a 100m gold medalist competing in the marathon, long jump or high jump. In fact a 100m champion may also dominate the 200m but never 400m or more.
