The dti have now gazetted the amendments to the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act – Code of Good Practice – Series 000.

Are you involved in the implementation of Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment? Have you read and commented upon the Government Gazette published by dti on 21 July 2017? The proposals for comment deal with the requirements for Verification Agencies. The document has a 60 days period for comment, so there is still time.
