Is anyone aware of labour legislation mentioning work back periods demanded for bursary recipients? I seem to recall that insisting on a work back period was an infringement of the bill of rights, but would appreciate the reference to such legislation if this exists?

I am currently reviewing our bursary policy and process and would love to hear how other organisations manage bursaries. Does your organisation insist on a work back period?
