Where can I find good facilitators to employ full-time?

Could the forum advise how best to find really good facilitators who want full time employment? I’ve found Jobs Portal and posted an ad there but would like few other suggestions. It would be Durban (KZN) based.

Hi Natalie,

A good way to identify facilitators on skills-universe is to look at their discussions and contributiions to discussions – that gives you a good idea of their knowledge.  Then you need to find out whether they’re interested in full-time employment – many do say that in their profile.

Start with the group members but also use the search facility.
