• 119676: Apply Skills of Customer Care in Specific Work Environment
• 252170: Principles of Customer Care in Client Interactions
• 11473: Manage Individual and Team Performance
• Any other Unit Standards that are related to Supervisory Skills Training and/or Customer Care

Project based in all 9 provinces, so this is open to applicants from all over SA.
