Update on QCTO Board appointments

As promised, I have been following up on the new appointees to the QCTO Board.

Today the QCTO have confirmed that:

not all Board members have been appointed and the appointment progress is continuing
once the full Board is appointed, the QCTO will announce the members and their constituencies
once the first Board meeting takes place, they will appoint the Chair and Deputy Chair appointments, and
they will update the QCTO site with the details.
