I am begining to see more and more, as I work in Coaching, how important it is to provide "education" on what coaching is about and the benefits to individuals, teams and companies/organisations.

Anybody else finding the same?

My most important learning has been that providing an experiential introduction is more effective and convincing that an explaination.

Would love to hear from others.
