A CONTINUUM OF INTERVENTIONS: FROM TRAINING TO LEARNING TO PERFORMING

This series of interventions focuses on providing specific tools and techniques to assist those individuals who are functioning in the learning and development field to make the transition from:

  • Traditional training roles to performance improvement roles
  • Being accountable for the delivery of training programmes to being accountable for improving human performance and impacting on the “business of the business”`
  • Being regarded as a trainer to being regarded as a valued partner to management in improving performance and achieving business needs.

The first one-day workshop in a series of 10 in this Learning and Development CPD Programme will be held in Cape Town on 21 July 2011.
