Please can those in the know provide insight on the email I've received from a provider relating to the possibility of tax rebates falling away, rebates linked to Learnerships.
This is the mail:
Unless renewed, the attractive tax rebates on learnerships is set to fall away on 1 October 2016. This is by implication of the definition of a registered learnership agreement as defined in section 12H of the Income Tax Act, which inter alia applies to learnership agreements entered into between a learner and an employer before 1 October 2016.
