The DHET have published SETA Workplace Based Learning Programme Agreement regulations.

They will come into effect on 1 April 2019. The 2007 Learnership Regulations are repealed.

These new regulations include: changes to the sign-on arrangements between the parties, with time limits, and

a very welcome time limit for certification once the learning programme assessment process is complete.
