    HI there

    need to know

    in accordance to the new implementation of the QCTO –

    it would mean that the ETQA does no longer exist?

    and now Setas will be QA partners with the QCTO

    that would be the new body to QA your qualifications and be keeper of our registrations/accreditations as providers

    BUT

    how does it work? – nuts and bolts

    Our current SETA accreditation were signed off by the ETQA

    so – Do we now get a NEW accreditation by the QCTO Quality partner of the SETA?

     

    Please enlighten me?

    Simple response is – nothing changes.

    You still fall under the auspices of your current SETA. They are the “delegated body” representing the QCTO in all matters to do with accreditation and QA.

    wher are the days when HR was part of the well being of the staff and Employers viewed new employees as part of the Companie’s pride and joy? I agree ignorance is playing a major part and most HR generalists know little about talent managment as part of Company strategy and objectives.
