Services Seta Vacancy: Quality Assurer: Real Estate Specialisation (2 year fixed term contract)

The Services Sector Education and Training Authority (SSETA), a statutory body established in terms of the Skills Development Act, 1998 (Act 97 of 1998), invites applications for the positions hereunder:

Quality Assurer: Real Estate Specialisation (2-year fixed term contract)

R315 793  – R564 281 per annum

Minimum Educational Qualifications

  • NQF 5 or higher Qualification in Real Estate/ Property Studies /Law/ Commercial Studies/Business Management/Business Administration
  • Assessor and Moderator qualifications and registrations
  • Registration with a relevant regulator/ Industry Council will be an advantage

Minimum Experience

 3 years’ working, 2 years’ professional, and 1 year’s supervisory experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance stakeholder relationships
  • Advise stakeholders on quality assurance policies and practices
  • Conduct verifications and evaluations for the accreditation of Skills Development Providers
  • Evaluate learning programmes for approval
  • Evaluate applications for constituent assessor and moderator registrations
  • Conduct external moderation and verification of learner achievement  
  • Conduct monitoring and auditing of accredited providers

Special Requirements

  • Ability to travel frequently
  • Driver’s licence

Performance Management

Appointment onto the position is conditional upon the signing of a performance agreement with the organization

Psychometric Testing

Candidates may be subjected to a Psychometric Assessment whose results will be taken into account in determining whether to appoint the candidate or not

Further Checks
