We desperately need help regarding service seta for the past 6 months they have not paid not even once service providers on their special project.
We have tried everything to get an accountable official from service seta to assist to no avail. We now need an advice as all the officials from service seta do not respond to our cries as service providers, meanwhile they are paying learners but service providers were told that there is a new policy that requires service providers to have contracts and that was 5 months ago we have been asking for the contracts and finance says they cannot pay claims without these contracts we were told by service seta they are busy with the contracts till today its been more than 5 months and they do not respond.
