    Do we really have scares skills around or do we need the competence to identiy the required skills for our organisations out there, think in line of the following when trying to recruit talent in your organisation
    The involvement of:
    1. Labour brokers
    2. Recruitment Agencies
    3. Recruitment managers / officers
    4. Interviewing panel
    5. Packeges and Benefits

    Is our talent management strategies aligned to other talent feeding sources onto our organisations e.g
    1. Education Sysytems
    2. Higher education systems
    3. SETA’s
    4. DoL
    5. Employment legisslations.
