The shocking rape and mutilation of the yourg girl in the Cape last weekend leaves me wondering if some people in South Africa are human or animals?
Hearing on the radio all day today of the rape of one person every four minutes has left me shocked and disgusted. Radio 702 is sounding a gong every 4 minutes today just as a reminder and hearing this makes me feel sick.
The question being posed by the radio and other media is what can we do to change this shocking situation. What suggestions do you have?
