I hope this isn't a silly question, but can someone explain to me the submission process of Portfolio's? Not the textbook, ETDP flow chart explanation, the how-to for the average Joe.
A lot of providers rendering my Moderation services always ask if I submit the POE's too.
How does one do this, is there certain requirements, is it a difficult process? How would I become qualified to submit POE's?
And is there already people offering this service, or is it a responsibility on the provider's side?
