I am holding a degree in training and development from the NWU . Have over 9 years experience in executing the entire training cycle. In particular have 4 years experience in online learning design. to further enhance must skill I am currently completing PG Diploma in educational technology .
I am available to assist organisations in the setting up online platforms that are pedagogically sound thereby enhancing the learning experience.My goal would be to use theories such as blooms Digital taxing , laurillards conversational model , systems theory , authentic learning etc to develop word class online system
