A company is looking for an oneERP Training Content Developer to design and develop training material for the oneERP Training rollout. Extensive SAP experience a must!!
Qualifications:
ETD qualification (beneficial)
Experience:
- Design and development of SAP training material
- Creation of training material in e-Learning format
- Simulation recording tool/s (SPP advantageous)
- Presenting to large groups
- SAP Training presentation and facilitation
Critical Competencies:
- Business Acumen
- In-depth knowledge of the specific training and development domain’s business process
- Understand the basic principles of data flow analysis and design
- Cross functional domain transactional impact understanding
- Experience as a system user or technical support person and as such strongly respected by the end-user community
- Experience with system enhancement/ implementations lifecycle desirable
- Experience in conducting presentations
