Minister Pandor DHET Budget Speech to Parliament

Today, 18 May 2018 Minister Pandor delivered the budget speech to the National Assembly of Parliament.
The DHET is responsible for all post school education and training, universities, TVET and Community colleges, skills development, and adult education, the related structures, and financing of students.

Yes, apart from the student funding, which is important and gets a lot of the media attention, I am particularly interested in adult education and the community colleges.
