HI Sylvia, I already started with the list, some Acts include reference to other Acts – it is a huge exercise. Some of the Acts talks about the White Paper, so I am linking them. Time is a huge issue and that is why I started already, I cannot wait at this stage.

A tip. Always use the purpose that’s laid out at the beginning of the Act – it usually gives you the reasoning behind the legislation.

Hi Lynel I have just asked Alan to upload a large file & save it in the downloads section.
It is what you need to provide the background to the legislation.

Good suggestion Sylvia, thank you. This is going to create problems for providers and employers – especially when it comes to tender processes.

Lynel good luck with your regulatory project to give us a summary of all these Acts. It is indeed a huge job!! Personally I think this is exactly where the problem is, there are too many Acts and White Papers and eventually the “left hand does not know what the right hand is doing”.
