Charter is looking for individuals that have learnerships administration experience to execute the following on behalf of Charter Academy:
– Database management: keeping students records up to date
– Academic records management: keeping track of learner
portfolios, updating academic progress, updating Seta Learner
management systems, updating learner admin files
– Training coordination: issuing, receiving and filing of:
registers, facilitator reports, assessment reports, learner
– Managing learner material, coordinating printing and issuing
– Invoice preparation: preparing supporting documents for monthly
– Student Liaison
– Events support – preparation of events documents including
registers, name cards,branding requirements, catering etc.
– Issue correspondence (letters, e-mails, faxes) approved by the
Manager to students
– Assist the Manager and Specialists with ad-hoc activities/
tasks related to the successful implementation of projects and
other general duties.
