SCOPING MEETING FOR QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER
OFO CODE 121908
You are cordially invited to attend the QCTO Scoping meeting for the proposed Quality Systems Manager, OFO Code 121908, qualification.
The meeting will take place according to the following details:
Date of meeting: 06 December 2013.
Venue: SSETA Training Room 4, 20 Eton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg
Time: 09:00 for 09:30 to 15:30
The draft agenda for the Scoping meeting:
1. Welcome
2. Attendance and introduction
3. Expectations
4. Presentation “ Overview of the Occupational Qualification Development Process”
5. Outcomes to be achieved:
5.1 Confirmation of scope 5.2 Confirmation of stakeholder participation
5.3 Recommendation of a body to manage the development and verification process – role of Development Quality Partner
5.4 Identification of possible body / bodies to manage assessment process – role of assessment Quality Partner
5.5 Agreed process to establish “ working groups” and agreed broad timeframes
