I am looking for 5 interns for a funded internship for 1 year for graduates with Food Sciences/technology qualifications.
Requirements and duties:
Must be unemployed and have a tertiary qualification in the above subject area. Must be able to work shifts
Duties will be include but is not limited to the following:
- Receiving, inspection and approval of deliveries.
- Process control checks during production of products and procedures. Both on the production line and in the lab
- Product approval/rejection
- Completing and NCR’s
- Glass, pest control, scale checks.
- Verifying OPRPs and CCP’s
- Facility inspections.
- Assist with the update of documents.
- Assist with Kosher and Halaal applications
- Create COA
- Arrange external testing of samples and sample preparation
- Assist with complaint investigation
- Taking reference samples
- Printing production labels
The organisation is based in Krugersdorp. Interviews to be held toward the end of February. Documents to be submitted:
