Not sure which forum to pose this question in - can anyone guide me please.

We are looking for international qualifications, certificates etc, like seminal milestones that really give a person recognition, like an MCSE or MCITP in Microsoft, or CCNA with Cisco - specifically in debt recovery please. I am looking for this at all levels.
